- From: bugzilla_noreply@xxxxxxxxxx
- Date: Mon, 19 Mar 2007 06:44:43 -0600 (MDT)
- Message-id: <bug-255780-21960@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/>
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=255780
Summary: rpmbuild should print all %files mismatches in one run
Product: openSUSE 10.3
Version: Alpha 2
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Enhancement
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Development
AssignedTo: mls@xxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: stbinner@xxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx
Often when you update packages the %files section of your .spec doesn't match
anymore. Then you get "error: File not found: foo" messages, you adapt your
spec and start a second build just to get the "error: Installed (but
unpackaged) file(s) found:" list.
Why can't rpmbuild print both types of mismatches during the first failure?
