[Bug 248773] Popup messages look and feel not consistent

Actually, it looks like the problem is that the "bubble" theme was disabled
upstream, in the version we have in 10.2 and 10.3. I have a patch to re-enable
the theme though, as it's where our changes are. Reassigning to me. Not sure
why the cover art is not showing up.
It looks like I am not getting album art in the notification on SP1 either. It
does have the audio-x-generic mime type icon though.
