The atk spec file currently does:
# FIXME: This is probably wrong.
rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/usr/share/locale/be@latin
I agree that this is wrong. be@latin is a valid locale, this is Belarusian
written with Latin instead of Cyrillic characters and should not be deleted.
If this locale breaks the build, it must be added to the filesystem package.

I agree that this is wrong. be@latin is a valid locale, this is Belarusian
