Open the new menu and drag an application to the desktop, choose to link it.
Now click on the desktop, next to new kicker and it will not close. One has to
click on the kicker-button in order to close it.

Expected behaviour, which works if no item was dragged, is that the menu closes
as soon as it looses focus by clicking on something else.
