It seems that you are reporting problems with ncurses YaST. Does it behave the
same if you try Qt version of online-update?
Is it possible to mark the broken patch for re-installation in the UI (and
reinstall it)?
What does 'zypper pch' (or 'rug pch') report?
What is the output of 'rpm -Va --nofiles'? If nothing strange, what about 'rpm
-Va'?
Did you install some packages manually before your problems with broken
patches?
