https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=239372 Summary: YAST freezes if any of the repos is not working Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: fremenzone@poczta.onet.pl QAContact: jsrain@novell.com I launch YAST2 and go to software management. YAST starts refreshing repos. If at least one of the repos isn't working at the moment it gives a warning message about it. Then displays package managment. However it freezes on displaying "Downloading files..." window with message "Reading packages from /var/lib/zypp/cache/Source.oZFtA7/repodata/primary.xml.gz". I can close it, but then whole package management window closes. When I launch Installation Sources it gives me error about not working repos and asks if I want to remove them immediately (this is totally stupid, if I want to remove them I'll do it as soon as the Installation Source opens). If I choose 'No' it freezes on 'Parsing index file'. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
