[Bug 225146] rembrand creates bad defaults.

I'm not sure how this one could be handled, but there's an openSUSE logo
compiled into /usr/bin/BackGround (xdmbgrd). One possible solution would be to
actually remove the package, as there are no other packages that require it.
Another would be to replace it with a dummy file that simply exits with a
return value of 0 when it's called.
And this one was fun to find. I only found it because I did a minimal graphic
install during my experimenting.
