This is the missing dial-up support in NetworkManager. Nothing what is in
scope of KNetworkManager.
Please use KInternet until NetworkManager provides proper dial-up support.

There is work in progress. NetworkManager 0.7 is likely to provide better
dial-up support. Helmut has worked on the client side implementation
(KNetworkManager) for that.

This again is a NetworkManager issue. It's just not ready for PPP.
Closing as WONTFIX as it is very unlikely that we will get any improvements for
OS10.2.
