Thomas this definately does not solve the problem.

I run this in a terminal with my AC unplugged (powersaved disabled + suggested
kernel):

'watch cat /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/TZ*/temperature'

temperature: 48 C
temperature: 43 C
temperature: 69 C
temperature: 48 C
temperature: 16 C
temperature: 60 C

Sureley these values are not critical?! In /etc/sysconfig/powersaved/thermal I
adjusted each value i.e setting it to kernel, then to kernel_passive then to
off with powersaved enabled, no luck on each! Laptop keeps shutting down. I
rebooted several times with your kernel as suggested. I see something similair
with Ubuntu here https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/22336

In my mind this bug is definately not fixed.
