We should create an utility (both for GNOME and KDE) that can export/import
settings for the Desktop as well as well known apps. The idea behind it is so
that a user can reinstall their desktop and import it's old settings. This is
also useful for administrators. Perhaps Sabayon can be expanded to support this
functionality.
There should also be a config file where one can specify Application name and
which files/directories is needed for importing/exporting settings.
