[Bug 234475] HP NX 9420 shuts down with Powersaved

What I did was edit /etc/sysconfig/powersave/common and change ACPI_MODULES=""
to ACPI_MODULES="ac batter fan button processor" leaving thermal out. This
seems to work. I can boot with powersaved enabled.

Well no luck here with this kernel. I could only get around it by doing what I
did above and keeping thermal out.
Btw I am using the latest bios (F.14). Attached is my acpidump.
