Sorry, in that log files are nothing about printer configuration.
could you please do following:
cp /var/log/YaST2 /var/log/YaST2.old
rm /var/log/YaST2/*
start YaST2 printer module and try to reproduce this bug
attach content of /var/log/YaST2/* here
