[Bug 230911] "back" button should more operational

The problem is that there shouldn't be [Back] button at all. This is inside the
repair module.
Jsuchome: if you think (and you stand by the decision that nothing wrong can
happen), that the [Back] button should be there (enabled), reassign the bug
back to me and I'll suppress the restarting.
Back button enabled => restart should not happen
Back button disabled => restart is handled after repair is closed
