Disabling of a repository or a single architecture doesn't delete previously
built packages, neither from the build service nor software.opensuse.org.

The really ugly work-around is to delete the whole package and reenter/-upload
everything minus the repository you wanted to disable (and this triggers also a
rebuild of all other repositories/archs you didn't touch).

Maybe an easy work-around would be a link to remove built packages per
repository/arch in general so you can manually walk through all disabled
targets and remove ancient cruft.
