sorry for reporting it here....

http://software.opensuse.org/download/KDE:/KDE4/openSUSE_10.2/x86_64/

all libraries are installed in /opt/kde4/lib64

all builds like  kdebase-3.80.svn20061220-16.1 point to /opt/kde4/lib

after "ln -s lib64 lib" everything starts working....

also
/usr/bin/kde4
uses the wrong lib
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$KDEDIR/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
