Summary: knetworkmanager crashes when selecting WLAN Network
Product: openSUSE 10.2
Version: Final
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Network
AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: robin.knapp@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx

Background:
I am running a WPA2 encrypted WLAN with hidden ESSID (AP is a FritzBox 7050).

After manually adding a new Network, NetworkManager tries to connect to the
WLAN, but does not succeed after 1 Minute (timeout). Sometimes it asks for the
passphrase again and again, I even managed to connect it a few times, but for
the last hour trying I didn't get it working.
There are already several Bugreports about this (since 10.1), but still it does
not work.

Now for the crashing:
During this period, my hidden ESSID is listed in the context menu of
knetworkmanager. When I select it, knetworkmanager crashes directly.
