n-up printing with cups 1.2 is not possible. Printing a LaTeX Postscript file
fails and produces no output.

The HP Laserjet 1320 is configured with the HPLIP-driver(Printer l02) and with
the postscript-driver (l01).
In the first case (HPLIB) i found following error in the logfile:

D [25/Dec/2006:13:16:34 +0100] [Job 16] error: Nicht erlaubter Seek (29)
D [25/Dec/2006:13:16:34 +0100] [Job 16] Error closing renderer
E [25/Dec/2006:13:16:34 +0100] PID 4966 (/usr/lib/cups/filter/foomatic-rip)
stopped with status 3!
D [25/Dec/2006:13:16:34 +0100] PID 4967 (/usr/lib/cups/backend/usb) exited with
no errors.
D [25/Dec/2006:13:16:34 +0100] [Job 16] File 0 is complete.

In the second case (postscript-driver) there is no error in the logfile, but
the printer does nothing.
