I already remove autoreconf as a work-around.
x86_64 pkgconfig has still hardwired upper mentioned path, but we have
/etc/profile.d/pkgconfig.sh.
I am not sure, what is better - patching pkg-config or variable, I prefer
second one - user compiled unpatched pkg-config will not break the system.
