Agree? It was actually not a statement of my opinion, but rather a question
whether Novell has made such a (strategic) decision.
I'll rephrase:
Has Novell taken the standpoint to not put any effort (not even appeal to ATI)
in getting a proprietary driver from ATI released for SUSE 10.2?
