The following logfiles and config files are attached. 

first.txt contains the logfile without disabling AIXGL

It shows 

(EE) AIGLX error: dlsym for __driCreateNewScreen_20050727 failed
(/usr/lib/dri/fglrx_dri.so: undefined symbol: __driCreateNewScreen_20050727)
(EE) AIGLX: reverting to software rendering


For the sake of testing, I added the following line in xorg.conf in the
ServerFlags section:

  Option       "AIGLX" "off"

and the error disappears as shown in second.txt

still, no accelerated X.

Attached is the xorg.conf file without the last serverflag added.
