[Bug 228558] Xen Kernel will not boot on ASUS M2N-E motherboard with NVIDIA chipset.

Just for being clear - I'd also want to see the exact /boot/grub/menu.lst
entries,
a native kernel boot log, and (as requested by Lynn) boot logs (Xen and kernel)
from the Xen boot attempt.
Also, did you try the debug hypervisor to see if it spits out any extra
information? Are you already collecting Xen output via serial, or are you at
least using Xen's vga=keep option?
