After the procedure of Bug #227136 (yast not able to add yum installation
source) I tried to

- add the source via rug
rug sa -t zypp http://ftp-1.gwdg.de/pub/suse/update/10.2

this works like this.

But when issuing twice 'rug refresh', the second one leads to this error:
>ERROR: Failed to add local packages': null key
>Parameter name: key

>From then on, all you can do is rczmd restart, and you have one rug refresh
available. the same happens with the zenupdater applet.

zmd-* logs will wollow.
