Use the software manager to show the installed software, that's one of it's
tasks.
The menu is intened to start the applications, not for overview of the system.

According to *.desktop files the application should be located here in 10.2:

acroread: Office -> Viewer
konserve: Utility -> Applet

And there already is a generic start dialog (Press Alt-F2).

If a GUI dialog is missing in the menu than report a bug for the application
(please report one problem (application) per bugzilla report).
