While an update with smart I got the following error message:

1111:Installing powersave      ######################################## [ 89%]
Output of powersave-0.15.10-3@i586                                           
Disabled standby to disk for users in PolicyKit                                
sed: can't read /etc/PolicyKit/privilege.d/hal-power-standby.privilege: No such
file or directory

This is caused by a missing prereq to a particular version of hal which
includes the missing file.
