the eid-belgium tools (beidgui , beid-pkcs11-tool , beid-tool , firefox pkcs11
libraries) don't work because they try to load /usr/lib/libpcsclite.so 

this file doesn't exist , only /usr/lib/libpcsclite.so.1 and
/usr/lib/libpcsclite.so.1.0.0.0

adding a symlink fixes the problem for all eid-belgium tools.
must this link be created by the pcsclite rpm ?
