https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=225617 Summary: Major Bug In Korean Language, Korean font garbage in Gnome application chooser Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: RC 1 Platform: x86 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Translations AssignedTo: ke@novell.com ReportedBy: ncc1701e71@hotmail.com QAContact: ke@novell.com I am using OpenSUSE 10.2 RC1, English DVD install and the GNOME window manager. Korean was installed as a secondary language. Upon switching the language to Korean in GDM and logging in, the application menu has many icons with blocks as text. In both 32 bit and 64 bit installs the problem is the same as well as a system updated to factory as of 11/30/06. This text corruption was not present in Beta2 and is not widespread to the applications themselves. Only to the icons in the application launcher. I have also tried other languages and they do not experience the problem. Any support would be appreciated. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
