Found this while rebuilding python-gnome-extras:

config.status: WARNING:  gda/pygda-1.2.pc.in seems to ignore the --datarootdir
setting
config.status: WARNING:  gnome-python-extras-2.0.pc.in seems to ignore the
--datarootdir setting

The former isn't important because pygda is disabled in our build (and cannot
be enabled because it expects "libgda" instead of "libgda-2.0").

The latter should be fixed because future autoconf versions might not accept
this any more.
