In kopete's settings go to Behaviour > General (in German), the second entry in
the first box displays:
Mit ausgeblendetem Hauptfenster startenStart

the "Start" at the end is obsolete.

I would have tested with other RCs, but I could not find any torrents to those
listed in bugzilla.
