[Bug 225056] Redirection to mirror which doesn't carry updates for architecture

Yes this is correct. Doing this deactivated it for 10.1 as well (which it also
doesn't have any x84_64 sources for).
BTW, there is a periodic process that checks for the validity and partial
content of mirrors, but it doesn't check to make sure all architectures are
present, so it missed this one.
