If i get your problem correct, you want the card to be mounted with sync option
(instead of async). But this is currently default for hotpluggable storage
devices. A plugged in card isn't handled different than e.g. a
usb-memory-stick.

But you can change your desired mount options very easily via Kde System (icon
on desktop), rightclick on the card-icon, choose Properties and in the right
tab
you can change your mountoptions.
