In the our manual is described only recommended syntax for IPv6 environment, no
the old A6 RR style. 
If there is used term A6, it does not mean the old A6 RR style. Because it is
misleading, I will remove all "A6" from the text.

Old A6 RR style is still supported but not recommended. You are right that
support for forward
lookups was removed since BIND9, but everything else works. If you need
examples, there are in rfc2874
(http://www.simpledns.com/rfc/rfc2874.txt). Because old A6 records are not
recommended, I think it is not good idea to mension it in the guide.
