Unfortunately, there are technical problems with the po2xml tool and I was not
able to detect this early enough.  Thus we are re-using the old help files.
Steffen's perfectly valid HTML are not XML like enough to make po2xml happy. 
Steffen already agreed to change the HTML code on account of po2xml for 10.3.

I'm sorry for the trouble.
