When selecting Installation Mode the default is "New Installation"
with "Include Add-On products" unselected.

But it is not possible to select "Include Add-On products" since the check box
is disabled (grey).

Work around:
 - Check "Update"
 - Recheck "New Installation"
Now it is possible to check "Include Add-On products"
