[Bug 224818] RC4: Installation bails out with "cannot start novell-zmd" even though zmd is up and running

Paolo found another problem with UnixSignal, the code does not keep a reference
to the handler passed to the kernel.
Without keeping a reference, the Garbage Collector would dispose the
"trampoline" code that is used to call back into C#, so effectively the kernel
could call back at any point something random.
