I think, if the user selects "Application Menu" under KControl > Desktop >
Behavior under "Mouse Button Actions" it should bring up the default KDE panel.
Currently it displays nothing, which is a bug imo.

Perhaps this could be sub option, as currently selecting SUSE menu simply
blanks out everything (perhaps only triggered by selecting "Application Menu"?)

This is a regression as it currently stands in my opinion. KDE is for power
users, and this is an option many power users will use.

Of course, I could simply set default KMenu, however I would like to utilize
the new Menu, work arounds are not fixes.
