[Bug 225023] After changing bootloader location with yast2-bootloader, the bootloader is not reinitialized

Yes. Unfortunately changes by the user in the bootloader location are not
detected and the code that re-installs the bootloader code is not executed.
The workaround is to change the bootloader location, then go to
"Other" -> "Write bootloader boot code to disk".
