With 10.2 RC2 kernel, I am able to burn with about 10x -14x speed a DVD via
k3b, with the RC3 kernel, I get a maximum of 1,7x. Hardware is an Apple G5.
The following two kernels were used:
/mounts/dist/install/SLP/openSUSE-10.2-RC2/ppc/CD1/suse/ppc/kernel-ppc64-2.6.18.2-31.ppc.rpm
/mounts/dist/install/SLP/openSUSE-10.2-RC3/ppc/CD1/suse/ppc/kernel-ppc64-2.6.18.2-34.ppc.rpm
