It is possible to create package with "+" in the name using osc (e. g.
"libxml++").

But it is not possible to access package details page for such packages
characters in the name. Packages with such names are legal and many of them
exists in FACTORY.

This limitation makes impossible to make 1:1 mapping of FACTORY and Build
Service.

Invalid package name, may only contain alphanumeric characters
