Grrr. It is much more simpler:

Almost all patterns are selected. The first 3 tries(branches) has been failed. 
The solver stop here and takes an failed solution. The user can manipulate it
and comes to an valid solution (Which has Holger done too).

Ok, there should be more transparency to the UI.

AJ, if you have no objectives I would like to reduce it to "major"

P.S.: Thats why I have not been able to reproduce the error in the generated
testcase.
But it has taken more than 4 minutes for solving dependencies which is much too
long.
