I've added the plaindir installation source:
/work/CDs/all/full-i386/suse/

As you can see, that was not exact dir wirh rpm's, but one level up to them -
I've done it to prevent adding special sources for i586 and noarch directories.
YaST was able to view the packages and offered me to update of the packages
with newer version available. However, when I confirmed installation, I got the
message that the packages cannot be found - it looked like it tries to find
rpm's directly in "suse" directory, not bellow.
