started YAST and running over all values (device=/dev/ttyS1)
so was generated /dev/modem with link to /dev/ttyS1

Device /dev/modem is locked.

sorry, kinternet was running
stopped kinternet

.. known menu ... and typed, ctrl+a m and

no reaction on screen

with ctrl+a x

I did it one more time - with the some effect - after changing in the
configuration from /dev/modem to /dev/ttyS1
