[Bug 217362] xscreensaver shows up in KDE

I rarely have this problem as well, but I can not relieably trigger it as well.
My current observation is that it seems to be caused by (k)powersave. It
happens if you a) either switch the kpowersave scheme or it is switched
automatically by the daemon (e.g AC power is plugged/unplugged or similar). Can
you confirm that?
