I have no idea, I was under the impression that it started by default. so you
want to ask the user upon first login if he wants to use beagle?

in addition to indexing the home directory for the kickoff menu we use beagle
for indexing the system wide documentation and add a searchprovider to
khelpcenter. I must say this report comes quite late, given that this was
already this way for kickoff in Alpha3 and for khelpcenter in Beta1.

I'm not sure where we should steal the translated strings for this popup..
