https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=220322 Summary: auto-installation doesn't create LVM filesystems Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Beta 2 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: AutoYaST AssignedTo: ug@novell.com ReportedBy: dbolt.abiryy@davjam.org QAContact: qa@suse.de After the installation of beta2, using LVM for some file-systems, YaST created the autoinst.xml file so I could clone the system. I wiped the MBR of my hard drive and proceeded to try out an auto-installation. After discovering that passing the "autoyast=floppy" parameter didn't work, I started the installation without that option. YaST picked up that there was an autoinst.xml file on the floppy and started to proceed with an automatic install. YaST set up the partitions and proceeded to perform the install. However, while it set up the partitions, it didn't set up any of the logical volumes so they weren't included in /etc/fstab. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
