[Bug 219354] Registration requires browser to run (but misses package for that)

This is hardcoded in /usr/share/YaST2/clients/inst_suse_register.ycp.
It's a pure YaST problem and does not have anything to do with the xulrunner
packaging (except that it doesn't follow the packaging changes which have been
done when xulrunner was changed to allow multiple installs).
Just for clarity, this is not related to the recent xulrunner packaging
changes, the problem is there since xulrunner{180,181} exist because YaST needs
to know the exact package name. Provides is not sufficient.
