[Bug 219237] gnome-keyring-manager does not work

Not sure what an strace will show...the application isn't crashing. The bug is
way higher level than system calls. The Manager fails to see the user's
keyring(s).
The app has not changed in two months...but has it ever worked in 10.2? Maybe
2.16 is broken.
