This is more related to the libzypp library, it's a common exception from C++
world.
Additionally, I checked the code for libzypp, zmd and friends; the code doesn't
include a message like that.
Juan Erbes comes with a interesting workaround:

I got a similar problem, and it was resolved replacing a old library
(see my message "Libraries problem"), by a symlink (libgcc_s.so.1).

so, either our gcc or associated libraries are kinda broken.
Sending this one to Duncan, he has more experience on the libzypp code
(possible c++ thing here).
BTW, I have seen this randomly in x86 as well.
