[Bug 218712] Optional parts of gnome-python-desktop disabled due to missing BuildRequires

Some extra information:
- nautilusburn had been enabled in the 10.1 python-gnome-extras package from
where it was moved to gnome-python-desktop. I'd recommend to enable it to avoid
breakage of possibly existing packages on update.
- totem.plparser got lost even in the old python-gnome-extras package pre-10.1
already when totem was split into totem+totem-devel. It seems that nobody
missed it so far.
- I do not have similar information about mediaprofiles and metacity. These
seem to be new.
