1-The driver update process should be used instead 
this assume one would always use default suse kernel (not to mention those
thing always get out of sync)

2-sooner or later ? alright is that now ?
so we notice its gone and start barking but when its not gonna work you arent
gonna know because you dont use it ?

that you dont include it in the default selection i dont care but it should be
on the cd for sure ... not making default lets you make it depend on gcc
kernel-source and make, there even easier ...
