[Bug 215058] logout applet doesn't allow suspend instead of logout

Sure, but why does it become inconsistent if you allow the user to change the
behavior? The applet has a configuration dialog, and for SUSE you can set
whatever defaults you want, add the countdown dialog and so, but what I don't
understand is why would you want to remove functionality and freedom? (The
usual words from people loving KDE for configureability, right? ;-))
